Friends of Chamber Music
Student Board Director

​

The Friends of Chamber Music has an open seat on the Board of Directors for a student currently enrolled in a community college or university in College Station or Bryan, TX.


The Student Board Member will have the same duties as other Board Directors as outlined in the organization’s Bylaws and serve a one-year term that can be renewed by vote of the Board.

​

In addition to the general duties of Board Membership, the Student Board Director will serve on the Advisory Council and assist the Publicity Committee in planning, implementing, and evaluating FCM marketing campaigns with special emphasis on outreach to young demographics.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background in classical, jazz, choral or chamber music

  • Experience in marketing, including social media and print

  • 1+ years of professional experience including any office internships

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Ability to work as a team
